A Personal Message from our Founder and Chief Executive
Dear Visitor
Thank you for visiting the website and I hope you get all of the initial information you need. I wanted to provide you with a personal message as to my motivation for setting up Warner Pride International in 2003, and the reasons why I believe my experiences should have a major beneficial affect on you, your experiences and ultimately your visa success.
I have been very fortunate during my career, which started in 1978, to have learned from many wonderful people. As a result of that learning and hard work (and a generous helping of timing and luck), I have held senior management positions in the UK and America.
Having worked in America I personally went through the fears and anxieties associated with waiting for a work permit to be approved; these feelings were not pleasant experiences for me. I have also been on the other site of a work permit application, whereby I have been responsible for organising work permits for people to work for my own employer; these occasions were also stressful and anxious times, but for different reasons.
There are very few immigration service providers in the UK where the owner of the business, or indeed the in-house experts, have this background. These experiences have taught me invaluable lessons about how an individual can feel about a decision that could dramatically change the course of their career, and often their life, and sometimes the life of their extended family. I truly believe that my experiences combined with the expertise of my employees is the the fundamentally reason for our visa application success, and the reason why 98% of our business is from our customer recommending us to their family, friends and colleagues.
I also learned how important is to the success of a department, or business, of having the best person for the job regardless of their nationality, and how a work permit or visa refusal could negatively impact a business. The experts at Warner Pride International have all been trained by me personally, and they were all hired based on their genuine desire to help others. We give you time, a warm and genuine welcome, and superb expert advice.
