Corporate Clients
We work in a global economy and in a world that is fighting to attract and retain excellent people, which every employer knows is not an easy task - (we do not like to use the term ‘human capital’, which we believe, ironically, dehumanises).
The services we provide are not considered mainstream; however, the more companies explore the opportunities open to them by adopting alternative approaches to recruitment, the more we are called in to advice and to provide clear strategic, yet alternative, solutions.
We help companies with the following:
- flawless preparation and success for transferring overseas staff to the UK
- delivering solutions for employee retention (particularly overseas students working in the UK, working holidaymakers and dependents). (When you have trained excellent staff why miss the opportunity to keep and develop their skills?)
- improving HR productivity through sophisticated communication strategies
- working with your HR to develop global talent recruitment solutions
- working with your management team to ensure compliance with local Immigration Law (see Immigration Compliance Service)
If we have an opportunity to work with your company you will notice how passionate we are about the work we do and how we do it. Our method of developing a successful and strategic partnership with you involves collaborating, sharing, using and improving knowledge, which can fundamentally change the dynamics of a good relationship into a mutually dependant one. This business model adds true and measurable value to you and your business, and ensures that the traditional information ‘Solve process’ does not simply end at receiving information from you.
Our value proposition:
- due diligence is carried out on every employer to ensure they meet local immigration and employment law before we agree to work for them
- due diligence is carried out on every candidate. We verify their work history, qualifications and sometimes other indicators before we make a recommendation to you (except their existing employer unless directed to do so by the candidate), often saving you significant time and resources chasing references
- we only make a work permit or other visa application once we are completely happy that an application will be 100% successful. We use high-value communication processes that support your managers and recruitment personnel in their desire to be more productive during the process. Typically, we should take up no more than 10 to 15 minutes of your time during the process
- many immigration companies have an unprofessional scattergun approach to taking on cases in order to drive revenue, before determining the true likelihood of the case being successful. If there is no hope we will tell you, and advice the candidate on their best options for a career – no other immigration company does this
- we offer all of our clients up to 150% guaranteed refund. We don’t need to do this, but we want to, because we want our clients to feel comfortable in the knowledge that their money is not compromised. In effect we put our money where are mouth is. When we say we’ll deliver – we’ll deliver. We are the only immigration company to do this
- our employees are not paid a commission; however, they are incentivised to ensure the quality of their work and relationship with you the client meets our very strict quality and service criteria
Ultimately, we believe we have developed communication strategies, processes, and procedures, designed to bring long-term recruitment and employee retention success for our clients.
Implementing strategies for gaining the candidate you require that are so creative, so compelling, and so human, that they build enduring relationships for those we serve while delivering speedy, positive and measurable results.
