The Home Office has recently introduced changes which are being gradually phased in around the world; therefore, you need to keep an look out for any changes that may effect you.

If you are currently in the UK and able to change your status to HSMP, you may not know that meeting the 75 Points total is only part of the process. You will also need to meet a ‘maintenance requirement’ to show that you are able to support yourself and any dependents. This has to do with funds being in your bank account for a total of three months or more, in order to comply with the new rules. The details of the new requirements will be emailed to you once you have completed this Assessment process.
